There are some Barons on the Orlando craigslist (http://orlando.craigslist.org/mcy/100847733.html). Did they ever pass testing? Are they just shitty legal scoots, or do they need to be flagged?

These are Baron bikes. They're perfectly legal. They passed EPA and CARB.
