"Vespaking and Craigslist proposal"
 
   Because craigslist has the functionality to let users remove posts, I propose using the BBS to bring these down. By posting links to the offending ads, BBS users can easily rack up enough "flags" to get the ad removed. So, start posting links to your local craigslist and start flagging!

unfortunately, tackling ebay is more of a problem.

   ALL,

if any of you use MyYahoo, you are able to add craigslist postings as a module to your homepage.

and to be sure this is done properly, use the "prohibited" flag, as there are different thresholds for each type of flag. if we're using different types of flags, it might not meet the threshold. besides, these posts break craigslist's terms and conditions:

Prohibited Flag: "use this flag for ads that include Content...that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes 'bait and switch' Translation: Don't be dishonest."

   Good point. I guessed the "prohibited" flag was the most appropriate, because the craigslist terms and conditions definately imply that bullshit info and scams are not acceptable. And the Vespaking ain't nothin' if he's not a scammer. You can sell crap-ass shit, just make sure you describe it, "I'm selling this because it's a piece of crap-ass shit..." so on and so forth. It'd be cool to not see the king on craigslist anymore, or even better, to take his bitch-ass down!

   Here's a bit of info I found after digging.

The domain was registered by some one at a company called Allshores and the e-mail addy on the Vespa King site is @allshores.com.

Go to http://www.allshores.com/

Then look up the contacts, and it has phone numbers for the princiapls, who are also named on the Vespa King Website.

   Now one can find a current address, one could give the state DMV a call to mention that some one might be selling motor vehicles without a vehicle dealer license?

Big fine per infraction? Might be easier than tracking down each listing on Craig's list?
