As I said before, coffee at the "safe" range would be unpalatable because it would be too cold.
They are STILL serving coffee outside the safe range even at the reduced temperature, why? Because at the temps it's being served now it can still burn someone.
So what, was the point of the lawsuit?
And the coffee comes with a warning that says it's hot, just like the saw comes with a warning.
it also comes with a lid that has to fit in a certain manner to pass inspection, thus guarding against an unreasonable and unexpected spillage.
