Caution. Contents Hot.

Edit: "Caution. Contents hotter than what may be your definition of Hot."

"In 20 seconds she could have had time to pull over and get the coffee off her fragile old lady skin. It almost surely would not have produced such severe burns. Seriously, have you seen pics of 3rd degree burns? That is some nasty shit."

I agree it is nasty. I saw 24 soldiers burned to death with jet fuel and another 82 with 3d degree burns over the majority of their bodies when an F-16 crashed into a fully fueled C-141 while paratroopers were loading onto it to make a jump.

Really nasty shit.

But on the other hand, the woman could have not spilled the coffee in the first place.

"What's funny is that this lady didn't originally set out to sue McDonalds. She did so only after they continued to dismiss her requests for compensation for pain and medical bills."

Again - don't spill your coffee.

Don't spill battery acid on yourself either. That shit is nasty. But hey, if you happen to spill it, just sue for your medical bills. They shouldn't have made the acid so caustic in the first place.

No one to my knowledge has shown where McDonalds served coffee at that temperature because people complain if it's too cold.

I've taken many a cup back because it's too cold.

I can also drink my coffee or tea almost immediately after brewing. My girlfriend has to let it sit until it's so cool that I can't drink it.
