: : : Yes they all have 3.00x10's.This question was regarding the fitting of 3.50x10 inchers which came on all large frames.

: FYI...My smallframe, '64 V5A1T, came w/ 2.75 x 9" tires. And I'm in Chicago. Some of your earlists 50s can have them. Along w/ plain rubber floorstrips (no metal channels).

JF (on BBS) has a 1963 v50 and also has 2.75*9" tires. They are originals and the scooter is for sale. His scoot has no metal channels but a butt ugly big rubber mat. ABout 20 holes are drilled in the frame to hold that mat. Apparently, that's something that was done at the factory.
