: how was the plug fouled(lean or rich)?
: what's your spark look like (w/out the plug)?
: Condenser?????? (doubt it)

: Here's how a dickhead like me would go about it. Plug's white, running rich. Could be a couple things: 1) Spark plug is wrong; too hot. 2) set your mixture screw to 1.5 turns out. Too much air will make the scoot run poorly/burn mixture sooner.

: are your points clean ? I finished a rebuild this week and noticed that the spark was inconsistent. After taking some 220 to the points, I wound up with the biggest spark I had ever seen! I know it's played out, but do it anyway, you might be surprised...

OK #1.Rally 200s dont have points and condenser.
2.A white plug means you're running LEAN,not
rich..(black)
3.The mixture screw adjusts air/fuel mixture
at IDLE only..otherwise it's regulated by
your jets...

sounds to me like an electrical short of some
kind...I hope you did'nt fry your electronic
ignition box-thingy (whatever it's called)
the Femsatronic thang,all it takes is one wire hooked up wrong to fry that orange fucker..
see if you can borrow one to test...good luck!
