: P engine won't fit underneath the cowls, also doesn't fit with the mount, a better solution for souping up a handlebar bike would be putting a GS150 engine in there. Still takes some rigging but much less then with a P engine.
: Keep in mind that your front fender is not going to fit over the GS160 fork, you will have to get the matching fender or be prepared to do some holes patching. My suggestion would be to put a GS150 fork with a GS150 front fender on it. The fender is very sleak looking and seamless in the front, so matches the style of the handlebars much better then the GS 160s fender that is already a bit more angular and has the trim indentation.

: : I have a widemount 50,s vespa that i have been considering doing a p200 motor conversion. I also have an extra 160 gs fork would this fit without to much modification.

I have noticed that you have a gs 150 motor or at least have had , and have definately considered that option. I also have a 150 gs front fender but not the fork. I do have a 150 super fork 8" but with the dampener and I have about 5 forks that I could add the dampener bracket too. If I found a rally or sprint linkage. I have considered alot of options Including an original concourse restoration. But I have to say that I have a friend that has a german gs 150 and It handles and runs teriffic and I would be very happy if I could pull off a handle bar custom that performed and handled anywhere close to that. And iF you still have or no where i can acquire a gs 150 motor for a reasonable price now is the time since I may be getting some money from a pal for the p200 I sold him this spring.

I hope this makes sense since I am blasted from the brew ha ha Micro brew fest that I just arrived home from.
drunk and happy Dean
